How long before my order ships?

Orders are processed within 1 business days before shipping. During the holidays when order volume is elevated, processing times may be delayed. Most of US orders are shipped via USPS - Priority Mail and are estimated to arrive within 2-3 business days.

In the case that any filter shows that will be ship within 7 - 10 business days is because we do not have it in stock and we will order it to the factory

Can I return a part that I purchased from your website?

We would be more than happy to assist you with your return! All returns must be authorized for us by contacting You will receive a Return Authorization, along with return instructions, via email within 24 hours (Or the next business day if the request is received on a weekend). 

What is a restocking fee? How do you calculate the restocking fees?

Restocking fees are charged to all returned items. Restocking fees are to cover the cost and time associated with processing a returned product. Restocking fees are 20% of the actual product price and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Restock fees are not charged to items that are defective or shipped in error.

Are there limitations on items that can be returned?

Special order items are non-returnable but all other items may be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving their package. All sales are final after 30 days. The product must be new and in salable condition and cannot be returned if the part was installed, or modified. Credit cannot be issued if the part has been installed, misused, or in unsalable condition. Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customer on request at the customer's expense.

How soon can I expect my refund for my returned part?

Your refund will be issued within 24 hours of receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Once issued, a refund can take 48-72 business hours to reflect depending on your bank. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s). Your credit will be issued against the original credit card or PayPal account which was provided to us at the time you placed the order.
